Service Description
A full theme park experience at home that turns your space into an immersive movie about you and the people you love. Our team designs and hosts a one-night adventure built around your story, then leaves you with a replayable Quest you can return to and pass down. Themed snacks Snacks and treats styled to fit your chosen theme. Light clothing accessories for the Key Role and 5 assigned roles The Key Role receives the most distinct accessories to clearly feel like the “star of the show,” while up to five assigned roles get lighter themed touches so they still feel inside the story without full costumes. Custom music selection Music curated to match your theme and support the emotional beats of the Quest. Immersive custom solves and challenges (about 1–2 hours of play) Cinematic, story-driven puzzles and flashy solves that challenge your group in fresh ways and keep everyone fully engaged. 10 Easter eggs with hidden rewards, secrets, and more Extra layers woven into the experience, with hidden rewards, themed moments, and additional surprises designed to be discovered over time, not just on the first playthrough. Family locket introduced during the Quest A dedicated locket that becomes part of your family’s heirloom, tied into your secret map to the treasure so it can be passed down the family line. Our special gift to you inside the treasure A private, story-based gift from us to you, chosen from what we learn about you and kept a surprise until the final moment. Sealed treasure case A themed treasure case sized and styled to hold all gifts, letters, and rewards at the end of the Quest. And more Extra touches we do not list here, so we can genuinely surprise you with something amazing and help you stay in the moment and feel truly immersed in the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Custom work: All custom quests are made-to-order for your theme, group, and final Treasure Reveal. Booking & date hold: Your date is reserved only after full payment is received and your intake details are submitted. Payments: Full payment is due at booking. This payment secures your date, reserves production time on our calendar, and allows us to begin design and materials planning. Refunds (2-day window): You may cancel for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your payment, provided we have not already delivered any digital-only product or event. After 2 days, payments become non-refundable, because production time, design work, and custom materials are scheduled and/or purchased specifically for your experience. Production timeline: Standard builds require a minimum 2-week window after full payment and receipt of complete intake info. Rush requests may be possible with a rush fee, based on availability. Revisions & changes: Up to 2 reasonable plan/story revisions are included before physical production begins. After materials are purchased or building starts, changes may be limited and may add cost and/or time. Materials & substitutions: Props/containers may be substituted when needed for availability, shipping delays, or quality control—always to match or improve the intended premium outcome. Rescheduling: One reschedule may be offered with 14+ days’ notice (subject to availability). Changes within 14 days of the event may require a reschedule fee and/or scope adjustments. Changes within 72 hours are subject to availability and may be limited to what can reasonably be adapted in time. Cancellations (after 2-day refund window): After the initial 2-day refund window, payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, if substantial production has not yet begun, we may offer a partial credit toward a future date or different product at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed. Travel / venues: Atlanta + Georgia preferred. Travel, load-in, crew, lodging, permits, and venue rules may add fees. Venue rental fees are separate unless otherwise stated. Treasure Hunt-in-a-Box (shipping): Client provides correct address. Shipping/carrier delays and customs/duties (international) are outside our control. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos for support. Weather / force majeure: Severe weather, closures, emergencies, or travel disruptions may require adaptation or rescheduling.
