A full theme park experience that feels like a feature film about your life, staged across a larger world. Built for groups who want a truly cinematic night: bigger scenes, larger custom props, multiple locations if you want them, and a movie-style recording that turns your Quest into a story you can watch again. Themed snacks Snacks and treats styled to fit your chosen theme. Light clothing accessories for the Key Role and 5 assigned roles The Key Role gets the most distinct accessories to feel like the “star of the show,” while up to five assigned roles receive lighter touches to stay inside the story without full costumes. Custom music selection Music curated to support your theme and the emotional beats of the Quest. Large scale, multi-zone staging Designed to take over a large area with multiple scenes or locations. We can spread the Quest across several zones or compress it into one large space, depending on what works best for you. Deeper immersive solves and larger prop builds More complex, story-driven puzzle paths with layered challenges, physical interactions, and bigger set pieces that ask your group to think and move together. Six actors (plus possible extras) A larger cast to embody key characters, build tension, deliver emotional scenes, and keep energy high from start to finish. Cinematic story film of your Quest A movie-style edit that tells the story of your night, capturing key scenes, character moments, and the final treasure reveal. Replayable home version included After the hosted event, you keep a refined, medium-scale version designed to fit comfortably in a living room or similar space, so you can replay and explore without hosts or actors. 14 Easter eggs with hidden rewards, secrets, and more Fourteen extra layers seeded throughout the design—hidden story beats, rewards, and secret interactions meant to be found over multiple sessions and by future generations. Family locket introduced during the Quest A dedicated locket that becomes part of your family heirloom, tied into your secret treasure map so it can be passed down the family line. Our special gift to you inside the treasure A private gift from us to you, chosen from what we learn about you and revealed only at the end. Sealed treasure case A themed treasure case sized and styled to hold all gifts, letters, and rewards at the end of the Quest. Cancellation Policy
Custom work: All custom quests are made-to-order for your theme, group, and final Treasure Reveal. Booking & date hold: Your date is reserved only after full payment is received and your intake details are submitted. Payments: Full payment is due at booking. This payment secures your date, reserves production time on our calendar, and allows us to begin design and materials planning. Refunds (2-day window): You may cancel for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your payment, provided we have not already delivered any digital-only product or event. After 2 days, payments become non-refundable, because production time, design work, and custom materials are scheduled and/or purchased specifically for your experience. Production timeline: Standard builds require a minimum 2-week window after full payment and receipt of complete intake info. Rush requests may be possible with a rush fee, based on availability. Revisions & changes: Up to 2 reasonable plan/story revisions are included before physical production begins. After materials are purchased or building starts, changes may be limited and may add cost and/or time. Materials & substitutions: Props/containers may be substituted when needed for availability, shipping delays, or quality control—always to match or improve the intended premium outcome. Rescheduling: One reschedule may be offered with 14+ days’ notice (subject to availability). Changes within 14 days of the event may require a reschedule fee and/or scope adjustments. Changes within 72 hours are subject to availability and may be limited to what can reasonably be adapted in time. Cancellations (after 2-day refund window): After the initial 2-day refund window, payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, if substantial production has not yet begun, we may offer a partial credit toward a future date or different product at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed. Travel / venues: Atlanta + Georgia preferred. Travel, load-in, crew, lodging, permits, and venue rules may add fees. Venue rental fees are separate unless otherwise stated. Treasure Hunt-in-a-Box (shipping): Client provides correct address. Shipping/carrier delays and customs/duties (international) are outside our control. Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos for support. Weather / force majeure: Severe weather, closures, emergencies, or travel disruptions may require adaptation or rescheduling.
